Returns & Exchanges
Product(s) can only be exchanged or refunded if a wrong or defective product(s) has been delivered or if there is any issue with the size. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact and packing is in its original condition. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defective/wrong product on email@example.com or call us at 0326-4177163 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, the customer can either get it exchanged or get a refund. Size can only be exchanged as per availability of the product. In case of exchange, the customer must contact us on whatsapp and dispatch the dress on our address which will be shared on whatsapp. After receiving the dress from customer, we will inspect it and then dispatch requested size on the customer’s address. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
